Privacy

This is biwwo’s own privacy notice for biwwo.com. It is written in plain language.

What we see

The site stores your account, your client list, your templates, and whether a send succeeded. That is how the schedule knows who to email and when.

What we don’t see

It does not read your inbox, the replies, or the rest of your mailbox. Those stay in Gmail, and people write back to you.

What the site is for

biwwo sends scheduled notes from your own Gmail account. People reply to you. Each account is separate, and client lists are not shared between accounts.

Information the site stores

For an advisor account: name, email, business name, mailing address, booking instructions, time zone, and send hour.

For the advisor’s clients: name, email, schedule, notes, and whether they are active, paused, or unsubscribed.

For messages: the template, the send time, and whether a send succeeded or failed.

If the advisor connects Gmail, the site stores an encrypted refresh token. The connection can send mail. It does not read the advisor’s inbox.

How that information is used

The site uses it to sign the advisor in, to show their workspace, and to send the invitations they scheduled. Client information is not sold.

Invitation emails include the advisor’s name, business, and mailing address, plus a way to unsubscribe. A client who unsubscribes is not emailed again for later cycles.

How long it is kept

Account and client information stays while the advisor keeps the account. Send history stays so the same invitation is not sent twice for the same cycle.
