These are biwwo’s own terms for using biwwo.com. They are written in plain language.
The service
biwwo sends review invitations only when an advisor creates the schedule and connects their own Gmail account. The advisor writes the message. Clients reply to that advisor to book.
The advisor’s responsibility
The advisor is responsible for having permission to email the people on their list, for the content of those emails, and for the mailing address included in them. Gmail’s own sending limits still apply: at the time of writing, about 500 emails per rolling 24 hours for a free Gmail address and about 2,000 for a paid Google Workspace address. Google can change these numbers.
Accounts
Each advisor account is separate. biwwo can pause an account. A paused account can still sign in, but it cannot manage clients or send email until it is restored.
Delivery
Email delivery depends on Gmail and on the recipient’s mail provider. A failed send is recorded and can be retried. biwwo does not promise that every message will arrive.
