Gmail

Only the send permission is requested, plus the address so you can see which account is connected.

Connected as jordan@leeadvisory.example. Invitations are sent from this mailbox, and replies come back to it.

Gmail sets the sending limits: about 500 emails per rolling 24 hours for a free Gmail address, and about 2,000 for a paid Google Workspace address. biwwo sends one email per client, and Google can change these numbers.
